Artichoke and Antipasto-style Pizza 1/2 c Mayo
1/4 c Parmesan -- grated
1/2 ts Pepper
1 12" pizza crust
15 oz Can artichoke hearts; drain -- quarter
1/3 c Roasted red peppers -- slice, strips
1 c Mozzarella -- shredded
1 tb Fresh parsley -- chopped
Preheat oven to 450~. Combine mayo, cheese and pepper; spread over crust. Top with artichokes, red peppers and cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
