Pizza Dough 1 package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
Grease 16 inch round pizza pan. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm (110
degrees) water. Measure and mix flour, sugar and salt. Add oil. Add
yeast mixture.
Mix will be sticky. Cover bowl with damp towel and let raise at least 30
minutes. Turn out on pizza pan spreading with extra flour.
Top with favorite sauce and pizza toppings and bake at 450 degrees about
15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Variation: Flour may be 1 1/2 cups white flour and 1 cup whole wheat
flour.
