Pizza Dough 1 env. active dry yeast
1 c. very warm water (110-115 degrees)
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt.
Sprinkle yeast into very warm water in a cup (110-115 degrees). Stir in sugar; let stand 10 minutes or until bubbles. Sift flour and salt into mixture of yeast; 2 cups then 1 1/4 cups until forms a ball. Turn dough out on floured board; knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Place in a large greased bowl, turn to coat all over with oil. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap. Let rise approximately 30 minutes. Punch down and divide in half. Grease pans. Sprinkle pans with cornmeal lightly. Press dough into pans. Let rise 10 minutes or longer in warm place. Place sauce and topping on dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. For last 5 minutes, place on bottom rack for crispy crust.
