Mustard Goat Cheese Pizza, Individual 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -- or to taste
4 small prepared personal-size pizza crusts
4 plum tomatoes -- sliced lengthwise
3 cloves garlic -- thinly sliced (3 to 4)
4 tablespoon chevre -- crumbled (goat cheese)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread mustard evenly over pizza crusts. Top with tomato slices, garlic and goat cheese. Bake until crusts are brown and cheese begins to melt, about l0 minutes. Serve immediately.
