Fruit Pizza 1 lg. pkg. refrigerator sugar cookie dough, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
Fresh fruits of your choice
1 (6 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1/4 c. lemon juice
Place cookies 1/2 inch apart on pizza pan. Bake using package directions, cool, beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl until smooth. Spread over cookie crust. Treat fruit to prevent browning. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Heat preserves and lemon juice in saucepan, mixing well. Pour over fruit to glaze. Chill until serving time. Yields: 8-10 servings.
