Cornmeal Pizza Dough, Quick-rise 2 cups bread flour -- to 2 1/2 cups
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 package Rapid Rise yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup hot water
Knead until smooth and satiny. Shape into ball, and let rise for 10 minutes. Then shape and bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
