Breakfast Pizza 1 whole roll pork sausage
1 whole roll refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown, loose pack, thaw
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 whole eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Cook sausage until brown; drain fat. Separate rolls, place on round 12 inch pan. Press sides to form crusts. Sprinkle with potatoes, sausage and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper, pour over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut like pizza!! Breakfast Pizza printer friendly version located here.
