Breakfast Pizza 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
1 c. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Brown and drain sausage. Place separated crescent rolls in pizza pan (sprayed with Pam) with points to center. Press to form crust. Spoon sausage over rolls. Sprinkle with potatoes, then Jack cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Top with Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
