Apple Pizza 1 lb Store-bought pizza dough
1/4 c Apple jelly; melted
4 Medium-sized apples; cored, peeled, and sliced
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. On a lightly floured surface, roll out
the pizza dough to form a rectangle. Place it on a 10" x 15" rimmed baking
sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. With your
fingertips, gently spread the dough to cover the pan, pressing it up the
edges to form a rim. If the dough is too sticky, lightly dust it and your
hands with flour. Spread the melted apply jelly evenly over the dough, then
arrange the apple slices in a single layer. In a small bowl, combine the
sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the apples. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or
until the edges are golden. Remove from the oven and cool slightly in the
pan on a wire rack. Slice and serve warm or allow to cool before serving. Apple Pizza printer friendly version located here. Click Back to return. |
