Muffuletta Pizza

1/2 c Celery; finely chopped
1/4 c Stuffed green olives; choppd
1/4 c Pepperoncini peppers; choppd
2 tb Olive oil or oil of choice
1 lg Garlic clove; minced
1 ts Italian Salad Dressing Mix
3 oz Ham; chopped
3 oz Salami; diced (or pepperoni)
1 1/2 c Provolone cheese; shredded Or cheese of your choice -- even low or reduced fat
12 Inch Boboli shell (purchased Or homemade)

Combine celery, olives, peppers, oil, garlic and dressing mix. Chill overnight.

Combine ham, salami and cheese into olive mixture. Top boboli shell. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven (on preheated baking stone) for 12 to 15 minutes.
