2 Burrito size tortillas (10-12 inch)
1/2 c Tomato sauce
1 c Cooked mushrooms
1/4 c Mozzarella, goat, ricotta or extra sharp; shredded (1/4-1/2cup)
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Set the dough (of choice) on a baking
sheet. Spread the sauce over the top, then dot with mushrooms and
cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake
for 10 minutes.
