Anchovy and Olive Pizza 22 Cm; (8inch) pizza base or a ready-prepared base or (200g) 8oz Pizza Base Mix
1 tb Black olive pate
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 50 g; (2oz) can of anchovies, drained well
2 Ripe tomatoes; sliced
1/2 Red pepper; de-seeded and sliced thinly
4 Black olives
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200 degrees C/400 degrees F.
Place the pizza base on a lightly oiled baking sheet. If using Pizza Base
Mix, make up as per the instructions of the packet.
Mix the olive pate, garlic and parsley together and spread over the pizza
base.
Arrange the remaining ingredients attractively on top of the pizza and bake
for 15 minutes.
